Who has a XB7? Where are you located? What have you learned about your car?

Going by your handle, I presume that you’re based in/hail from the Lone Star State, and therefore the XB7 makes a lot more sense that side of the pond, than it does here in the UK. Glad you’re enjoying the ride, but don’t be to disheartened that there isn’t much love for ‘big’ SUV’s

When I collected my B5 I did notice this lovely looking XB7. I still think the X7/XB7 is too big for UK roads but I'd definitely love one on the other side of the pond.

I do think the ALPINA front splitter makes the grill on the X7 look so much better and in proportion. Much better than BMWs interpretation.

You didn’t happen to check which number this one is, did you Nick?

So that brings the tally to 3 in the UK so far:
Black one in Sheffield #026
Black one in High Wycombe
Alpina Blue in Nottingham

Sorry I didn't and I've just checked the other pics I took, I didn't get one of the interior.

Does anyone other than BMW think their new grills are stylish....I’m not likely to buy a new Alpina but I think they’d get some new fans if they re-designed the grill as part of the model upgrade.
