Agree, worth considering as it is an "S" with optional M5 mirrors and sunroof. But replacement rear wings, boot lid and bonnet. Hmm?

So the dealer has sent a video (link below). One thing I am confused on, if it has the Professional Nav, etc did that not come with Bluetooth for Phone as the controls are on the steering, this has Parrot System fitted?

https://video.citnow.com/vtMwX0t4DK8

Also upon reading the Sytner Select Warranty it does not cover Navigation unit, etc.

Avtar, Bluetooth rare (if at all) on B10 - so yes many went with Parrot.

Baris @ Carphonics can sort a solution. Or replace the head unit with an aftermarket modern option

I have used Baris before, he upgraded the BM54 amp in my B3. It's a nice car and now that I have seen it in daylight the Blue looks great, the Grey Leather I am sure would grow on me as it did in my B3, however, I think best for me to hold as my redundancy settlement was not what I expected?

You would have thought that it would have been given a decent wash, looks like it has been driven through a ploughed field :( .

Also the filthy carpets and the muck in the seat :doh

Looks like a pretty standard spec E39 B10 to me, don’t like the Parrot - OEM BT can be retrofitted and works great or a chap on the M5 board has created a great little device that integrates with the OEM stuff. I guess it depends on the price to decide if it’s a good deal.

Looks like a nice car. I have bought a number of cars from Sytner’s Nottingham over the years that looked like this when I signed. The prep then happens and on delivery the car is up to a great standard. Seems a well documented list of work that will happen at least. Probably explains why they are sometimes more expensive than other dealers.

I would be more interested in shots of all the common rust points and if the engine is leaking any oil more than the state of the carpets.

As for the Bluetooth- I fitted a bluebus which is a 15mins plug and play into the CD changer wiring - works great and has a load of other features such as 3 blink indicator and auto locking doors on drive away. Support from Ted who developed and makes it has been impressive. Link here https://www.bluebus.dev/

If it’s still there after lockdown I may go and have a look as I am local.

Looks like a nice car
Good spot hap, maybe the car had a new bootlid and this spoiler was supplied? Corrosion is common on how they are secured to the lid.

Price drop. Has anyone asked them about the big rust scab on the OSR arch?
