I’ve only come across two Silver D3 Tourings: #004 which has Grey leather and #063 which has Black leather.
#063 was for sale in South Wales earlier this year, it also has a pan roof but can’t be sure looking at your pic if this one does too, but it looks likely.
If you have a registration Charles, that will clear it up pretty quickly.
