Interesting !

As per the thread about fifth gears latest test - this is a weird comparison XD3 vs. RS7 vs. Tesla

Shows what the XD3 can do though - which I think will be an eye opener for a lot of people.

Bizzare, what's the point? None of them are built for track work in any way, shape or form!

Completely agree, they are built for completely different purposes, and none of them are built for a track. If you are going to compare them anywhere, it should be on a road!

And huge range in prices too!!

Alpina half the horse power of the Tesla and only .04 of a second slower, and the XD3 has the aerodynamics of a brick.
Audi £30k dearer.
I know where my money would be going.

I fully agree. I was at a Top Gear event at Silverstone some years ago and saw JC trying to do doughnuts in his Bentley!! :shock: I mean what was the point in that?

I get the impression with these guys that "Well it has four wheels and an engine, so lets rag the arse off it ans see what it can do"
