There's a bit of 'Choice language' but nice shots of the B3

There's a few occasions which show why an extra couple of hundred brake horse power are better when the B3 pulls away from the Clio. Tho' the B3 gets very wallowy thro the compressions before the mini karussel, which allowed the Clio driver to overtake.
Nice find, thanks for sharing.

Nice find Neil, guessing from watching it that FJ08FFC has not been around the Ring that much due to some of the lines taken and brakes where brakes are not required.

Great video, sadly it seems the driver is one of those people who is going to take someone with him when he gets it wrong.
After nearly wiping out when another car braked unexpectedly we get "That wasn't my fault was it", errrr, you're not exactly innocent mate, the car you were following obviously didn't know the ring and was on the brakes when they didn't need to be, but you were way too close and not leaving enough margin for error on what was obviously a public day.
Phew, rant over......
Quick little car that Clio, might not have *that* much power but the cornering speeds it makes, very impressive.

lol, oh dear, the secrets out. (This wasn't me driving on this lap)
Please don't say anything negative about the Alpina or the Clio driver, both are very capable and drove well within their talent and cars limits. Oh, and they're good friends of each other, it's an 'in-house' joke calling it a "beemer"..
Was an awesome weekend
.. wait until you see the Clio vs. Focus RS laps then! (me and err an Alpina owner were in the back of the Clio at the time!)

Also there in our group was:
1x Focus RS (v2)
1x Porsche Boxter
2x Clio 200
1x Clio 200 CUP
1x BMW 535d (remapped to 350bhp)
2x Nissan 350z
1x Honda S2000 (supercharged)
1x Audi S4 animal (~600bhp)
I think that's it!

Was a stonking long weekend, only the casualty was a Clio 200 CUP which now has a new engine, we love warranties! (that wasn't my car either!)

Hello, I'm the Clio driver referenced above, I thought long and hard about whether to start a flame war ...
I decided to be nice instead to be fair though I thought an Alpina was just a BMW with a rubbish body kit (I kid ...)
I am in agreement with most of the constructive criticism, I'm a fairly competent driver with reasonable track experience, if I have passengers I drive quickly but within limits. On my own I will drive harder, be more committed and drive nearer to my abilities.
I was too close to the Holden and should have given him more room, however he did pull over towards me pushing me onto the edge of the track, no harm done and we carried on the lap.
Thanks for viewing, I think Richard will admit (through gritted teeth) that the last couple of laps we did chasing the Focus were hilarious fun and within my driving ability .....
Finally it was pointed out to me that there is a big difference between an Alpina and a BMW, apparently an Aplina has working indicators !! My other car is a BMW 335d, I didn't even know that they fitted indicators
