UPDATE:
Looks like it's one i had previously spotted that was on Gumtree @ £11k /autotrader @ £10k, and now a trader is flipping it at £11.5k

The new listing has some great pictures, but the 2 things that previously put me off were the lack of documented history and the oil leak advisory from the MOT.
