B5 touring #525

Lovely colour and specification and seems good value relative to the couple of LCI ones for sale at over £30k more.

Not great in my experience, but I'm probably just a terrible negotiator!

If you’re very tempted I wouldn’t want to miss out on this one as it’s a great specification and I think good value compared to my previous #340 which was an equivalent age and specification but had done 26k and was £75k in Jan 21 - so only 10% more after 2 1/2 years inflation and lower miles too. I think it will probably sell for near the price it is, previous similarly priced cars have sold fairly quickly.
The three B5 tourings circa £116-£118k may be a different story as they have been up for several weeks (months for the black one) so may have more leeway on price.
Having said that, the marmite orange marmite B4 has recently dropped 10k so you never know, there’s no harm in asking!

We were really after a green B5 Touring and I think I just need to wait for the right car (to us) comes along. The B5 GT would be even better but I suspect none will come to the market for a while?

This one is nice with a good spec'. It was in the showroom when I bought Brunhilda, in fact I almost went for it instead.

Nice car this, used to chat occasionally with the previous owner via the FB group. Pretty much the twin of mine, but with the later iDrive 7, larger screen and new style dash clocks. Spec is v good, I think the only options missing are the surround cameras (which are handy on a car this size) and leather bound mats. These cars are quite spec sensitive, and this is definitely one of the better spec'd examples.
Looking at John's photos it also looks like it has the later engine too, which is 621bhp vs 608 of the earlier cars.

Hello from a new owner and register member. I’m now the happy owner of #525. It’s a lovely car, but I’m biased of course.

I will no doubt be tapping into the combined knowledge of everyone here!

I didn’t unfortunately, hopefully it was tucked away safe and sound.
Now there will be two of us in the NE as I’m based in Northumberland!
