Nice find Josh.

Seems pretty well priced to me. LCI car. Shame the colour scheme is a little uninspiring. Could be tempted myself.

Thanks Matt, yes I see your point and it is good value compared with others that have been available previously....very tricky to value as I'm thinking "what would a dealer offer for it as a px" and the answer is probably £30k ish, but try and find another for cheaper and simply you can't so he can advertise for whatever he likes really!

I got very excited initially but I think I'm going to give this one a miss, B3 Touring is one of my dream cars that I'd love to keep forever but best to wait for my ideal spec and further down the line where hopefully I could hold onto it rather than change in 6-12 months which is what I've been doing for the last few years with my cars.

I’ve been thinking about this one quite a bit today, but the colour scheme is just not right for me.

However, I think it will sell due to the rarity or F31 B3/S models.

F31 B3 is the dream for me. Cant quite get my head around the colour scheme though. Spec ticks all boxes apart from that for me. Seems fairly priced too. I want someone to snap it up quickly so I stop looking

With 16 of these (pre and post LCI) on the Archive, I have to agree with this. If you want one then the odds of it coming up in a colour combo you like at the time you’re in a position to buy at a price within your range is going to be close to zero.

I'll be showing my ignorance on this subject, but can you get an Alpina Green wrap or are any colours possible with that stuff?

yes you can do anything colour wise, its not cheap though. A guy i know has had is audi RS3 done from that nardo grey to a wrap which was british racing green and the figure was about £3500 to do.

I'd be tempted to change the interior colour before changing the exterior. I had a glacier silver f31 335i and it's actually a really good silver.

Would be a lot more involved and irreversible though. The lower dash on this car is Oyster too.

I've done a few interior swaps over the years and it takes about a day. The alternative on the interior would be to have it professionally re-trimmed by someone like John at Bespoke Leathering or Dave the trimmer. Would cost as much as respraying the whole car I'd have thought?

From a resale perspective, I'd expect that a respray might damage the value. A wrap would be much the same, but is reversible. However, there's always a risk of damaging the paint when removing a wrap. Same for peelable paint.
