I am wondering how many of these 'new' Singapore cars are going to pop up?

It appears a Singapore Alpina dealership that had a lot of new vehicles went bust and various parties have purchased the vehicles.

I know of at least two G12 B7s that are in the UK from Singapore.

It is much easier to import a car from Singapore/Japan that is over 10 years old (though still required to pay 20% VAT) so I am guessing that is why a 2012 car is becoming available now. Not sure on duty as into EU it is minimal if car was EU built but post-Brexit there may be a lot more to pay for the UK. Of course the speedo will be in km/h and other items such as radio, sat nav (if fitted) and rear fog light may not work or need attention. As far as I know there were 2 Singapore B3 GT3s, both so far unrecorded on the archive. There seems to be no service history showing with this one at the moment but looks to have been stored OK.

Not for me Bob as I don't need all the shipping and import hassle etc but of course very interested for the GT3 archive!

This had reasonable bid activity but did not meet reserve

Now on a Buy-It-Now at >£100K

https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/201 ... e92-b3-gt3

Seems a lot but low mileage LHD EU cars have made £90-£93K so I can see why the might try that for an unregistered RHD example. But that would also buy a nice new B3 Touring and there would still be shipping. VAT and Duty to pay to get that car out of Singapore which would totally kill the deal I would think.
