Post by Bob » Thu May 20, 2021 2:51 pm

You can tell Old Colonel don't usually deal in diesel ALPINA's!
The D3 Bi Turbo features a 212 BHP twin turbo, straight six diesel engine.

Flippin' 'eck! Must've been the lure of a 6-pot twin turbo. :P

Seriously though, does look a nice example and with recent turbo & dpf replacements and other work it sounds like it's well sorted.

It’s probably one of the best examples of a D3 that I’ve seen so it comes at no surprise.

Morning everyone..

I’ve just joined the group.

And I’m the lucky new owner. First Alpina, gets delivered next week and I can’t wait to use as a daily to replace my Golf Auto... should be a step up?

Thanks Sid

Congratulations Sid. It’s a great looking, well sorted example.
I traded mine in recently and it was the best car I’d had and the longest I have ever kept a car, nine years.

This one is back up for sale with a dealer in Yorkshire. Mileage in the ad looks to be wrong, going off the MOT two weeks ago it was on 137k
