This looks great, actually quite like the fact it's a saloon!

The Bilstein B12 suspension is virtually the same as the Alpina suspension on the E30. Both use springs made by Eibach and both use Bilstein B8 shocks.

If this had been a coupe or touring I would have been very interested in doing a deal.

Nice car just don’t like more doors in e30 shape.

Shows that there really is a lot less love for a 'loon. This looks like a pretty honest and original, low owner C2 2.7 with what looks like the Sytner 'build sheet' and a good stack of paperwork.

Where do you reckon this sits value-wise, £20k-ish? It's similar mileage to (but a lot less owners than) Pukar's old Coupe which eventually sold when it had dropped to £24k

I'm sure this is a car I went to view about 6 years ago. The story and the colour combo are the same.
The engine was out due to the cylinder head cracking, the interior looked like it had been attacked by a cat. There was evidence of crash damage at the front. There was about £500 pounds worth of new spares included.
I walked away as it was too much work for me at the time, he was asking £1500 !

I also went to see this car in 2014 and walked away because the engine wasn’t the original.

Hadn't joined the dots that these two might be the same car. This was previously advertised for £3k in Mar-14
