E36 B3 3.0 COUPE #158

Anyone know this B3? I only have info on 26 of the 28 Coupes built and of those, only 4 were Arctic Silver. This doesn't quite seem to fit with any of them though.

• #158: last MOT expired 2016. Some pics have M-Tech mirrors

• #185: ex-Munich Legends Courtesy Car. Went on a cherished plate about 10yrs ago but it never had a boot spoiler.

• #198: an original Northern Ireland supplier car, had M-Tech kit fitted from new. Last MOT expired 2016

• #204: has been offered on eBay in the last few years, was in good condition with valid MOT up to 2020. No boot spoiler either.

Looking at the photos on the ad he’s forgotten to crop out the other photos in his camera roll. Looks like he could be a trader- not that there’s an issue with that but something to be aware of.

Hopefully it will, not many of the 3.0 cars left these days. Would be good to see some current pics.

Hopefully this finds a home this time and gets returned to its former glory.

If I had the space I'd have it myself as it would no doubt have some of the same issues as my current E36 and it's always easier second time around.

Looks like there is a story to this one further back in its history. A previous owner from 10yrs+ ago confirmed it didn’t have the extra gauge cluster, a Switch-tronic steering wheel or the correct oil filter housing during his ownership, even though it isn’t a manual and should have them I believe.

I'm reasonably interested in this car as one of the few Alpinas I can afford and have just joined today as I saw it was being discussed.

Is there any more info on the above comments? It's hard to judge the car from the photos especially with none of the interior either.
