Wow, that's even more ambitiously priced than the B3 3.2 Cabrio! I don't recall this one being discussed before, there was #7926 which is another red B10 on a F-plate with 167k, which was in a similar general condition (without a CAT C afaik), and that hasn't found a new home despite being advertised from £8-6.5k.

Having covered 111 miles in over 9yrs, that's going to need some serious recommissioning I'd imagine.

I'm pretty sure this is the car that was for sale down toward the Hampshire/Dorset area last year that started about £10k and was gradually reduced to £8k before the advert disappeared from ebay and autotrader. The seller at that time was quite honest that it had been off the road for some time and needed work to properly recommission it - that information doesn't seem to be on the present advert - maybe a Trader has had it all done...

That was #7926. There is a separate puzzle about that one though, as #7926 was apparently exported to Australia years ago and is blue.

Indeed, but if it knocks £5k off the asking price it might actually find a genuine buyer.

I’m already a little sceptical at how quickly the bids are racking up, £5.1k after 6hrs.

Back then it was either sunroof or air con i believe

Try and find an e46 or E90 with a sunroof rare!!

It was a sunroof era, both my E28 M5 and Merc 2.5-16 had sunroofs and aircon. The 'boss' misses the sunroof on our current E46 B3S coupe.

Mine has a glass sunroof - doesn't work at the moment but that's another story!

I had the sunroof vs aircon decision when I specced an Impreza in the late 90s. Was sunroof all the way!
