I was just looking at this on Autotrader actually - it’s really nice. Love the colour combo.

Great looking car but 4 failed MOTs out of the last 10 suggests the owner didn’t know how to look after it that well!

E46 B3 3.3 CABRIO#132

That is a nice looking B3, the extended leather interior looks awesome.

That pricing is really aggressive though, they could at least spend a few quid on new wheel badges and it's a little disappointing the inlet manifold coating has flaked with such low mileage, looks similar to many with 3/4 times the mileage.

At that price this will be on the market for a very long time, the spec is the same as mine which took a long time to sell at half the price.
The only thing going for it is the low mileage, that doesn't guarantee it is in top condition.
I bought "an immaculate" 18000 mile Spitfire 1500 a few years ago, it was rotten as a pear :(

On the last failed MOT the tester clearly doesn't realise there are 2 VIN numbers but 10 days and 33 miles later on the pass MOT there are more advisories mentioned.

My twopenneth ...

A well presented car with Nappa leather, Nav and the HK sound system as the main extras, as well as having a very low mileage and (allegedly) FSH - but MOT history raises some questions about how well this car has been maintained (specifically in terms of adopting a preventative rather than reactive approach to maintenance).

This specification would put it at the top end of the 3.3 Cab price range, but, based on where the market has been for similar cars recently, it is currently priced significantly above the top end of that range.

Without wishing to suppress values of our lovely cars, in my opinion this car should realise about £10-11K in a good market.

It's a tricky one in my opinion as when will another appear like this again... Complety respect everyones opinion and I would bet that anyone willing to part best part of 20K would be doing their research including reading this forum! At this money the car would need to be concurs ..however comments above suggests not... Would love to see the car in person to help any potential buyers and to truely make an informed judgement. It looks like the vendor was kind enough to replace the Alpina badges with genuine ones. @£23 each at least they care....
