No sure about this latest advert, seller location has changed and the images now show it with Hodge's old private plate but in the description it says S3ALP is still included and the mileage has dropped by 10k.
Looks a bit suspicious to me.
It would include Hodge's old plate as the pics have been lifted from here. Naughty, and very dodgy-feeling. Shame, as if genuine it's a lovely car to have, if optimistically priced. Hope it's genuine....
Cheers,
Bobbly

It’s now listed in Louth lincs area
I wonder if it sold and this is new owner moving it on could be a typo on miles if not it’s had a haircut

With a car that's so easily traceable, why risk trimming the miles? And by so little, it's value-less? It's obviously going to be noticed. Most likely a typo, and that would show me the seller has a low attention to detail: more of a concern. If I sell a car privately, I ensure it's described exactly and reveal all known history to prevent myself looking foolish later should a none-disclosed or incorrect detail come back to hit me. Plus I hate wasting others' time: enough of mine gets wasted by idiots, so I don't wish to add to the pool. I also would not use photographs supplied almost a decade ago from a previous owner (date inconsequential), but use up to date images of my own: what is this ad hiding?
Cheers

I definitely think there is something dodgy about this ad. The previous seller, whilst hugely optimistic on pricing, always produced good adverts and has a raft of current images, especially after it was offered on Collecting Cars. Also, the last V5 issued was Aug-17, so unlikely that it has changed hands recently in my mind.

Just over 8 hours to go (closes at 2010hrs today) and the bids have plateaued at £7,600
My guess is that this has been relisted with a lower reserve given where the previous bidding reached so, either we will see a rush up to the £14k mark or, if the reserve has been completely removed, then someone will get an absolute bargain ...

If there is no reserve, the listing heading states so. Therefore, there is one not yet met
cheers

Thanks - I wasn't aware that they state "No Reserve".
All will be revealed in less than 3 hours ...

Auction has ended, didn’t meet reserve as not on their sold page. Did not see the final bid but there could be a deal done behind the scenes.

Final bid was £10750, long way from the £14750 last time and the original advert price of £18750

That is a disappointing result. Wonder if the seller has misjudged the peak market valuation for this one.
