With haggling they'll knock 2.5k off the ticket, throw in a Sytner or BMW auc warranty rolled up with some other dealer goody and it'll fetch effectively £65k imho.

Good luck haggling £2.5k off at a dealer - no chance, unless of course no one is interested, which is very unlikely for a B5 Touring.

It never ceases to amaze me how a forum of ALPINA devotees talk down the value of these cars when listed. Are we really suggesting Sytner have no idea how to value these cars? They know plenty.

Fact is if it’s too much it won’t sell!!

I posted recently on here about an XD3 at Sytners. It was on Autotrader at £49,000 when I first saw it, today it’s at £43,500!

So maybe there can be wriggle room?

XD3 is a very different vehicle, and from what I have seen a lot less in demand on the secondhand market.

Apparently this has sold. It was initially up for £75k, or a touch more, for a couple of weeks. I’d have though high £60’s or £70k a sensible point to have bought at.
