F11 B5 Bi-Turbo 074

Firstly, I love this car.

It is one of the few wagon's I have had over the years which covers all bases, however, despite its immense practicality and performance I have recently bought a house with a drive which isn't particularly accepting of the B5's approach angles. As such, I face the dilemma of having to leave the car on the road outside my drive, or invest in the demolition and rebuilding of my driveway. The only other outcome being that I say goodbye to the car and stick to Land Rovers.

A few of you may know the car, I purchased from Collecting Cars last year (link to detail and pictures below) and I am the 3rd owner. Since then I have covered 13,000 very enjoyable miles (and counting), it has been serviced twice by BMR and I also stripped down and repaired a fault headlight. the car runs beautifully. This is pre-empting the most likely outcome of having to put the car up for sale, but wanted to put it out to the Alpina community to see if anyone here would be interested.

I was tempted to put it back through collecting cars, as at least you arrive at the market price. It’s hard to set a price as there is only 6 of them in the UK.

I think if I were to advertise it, circa £25k with the aim of achieving close to it.

I'm in the market for a nice V8 something at the moment and prices this year are way down on the whole from last year.
I'm considering an Aston Martin V8 Vantage, C63 W204 estate or B5 touring.
What was selling for £25k during covid is now round about £20k but this news hasn't sunk in with private sellers as yet.
I've seen loads of C63 from dealers with warranty and less miles considerably cheaper than those for sale privately.
Not so many Vantages but the last one I saw went for £23k from a dealer and private sellers trying to get £25-£28k with similar spec and miles.
I know the B5 Touring has exclusivity rights and dueto only being 6 of them beggars can't be choosers and ultimately sellers can ask what they want but it is the market that dictates the price.
I'd be hard pushed to offer more than £20k for a 12yo 132k miles early hot V8 biturbo with no warranty.

Do we know if this has an lsd, otherwise looks light on options. That said there are not many to choose from so likely there would always be a compromise.
