E46 B3 3.3 touring #089 (2001)

I’m selling my 2001 model E46 B3 touring. Currently on 182k miles with full service history and all mots etc. Finished in orient blue with black hide, one of only 12 produced I believe and is on the Alpina register. I purchased the car approx 18months ago, sadly it hasn’t had an awful lot of use I think I’ve covered approx 3k in that time. During my ownership I’ve had new Brembo discs and pads fitted and I’ve had the interior leather cleaned and treated. The car hasn’t missed a beat during my time with it and is for sale due to a house move and loss of garage etc. At it’s last MOT in June it passed but had some advisories : coil springs rusty, tyres perishing, and minor corrosion to inner cills. The car drives well and changes gear and stops, it has an intermittent abs/traction light on the dash. The exterior body work is generally very good ( the rear arches were repaired and repainted in 2018) there are micro blisters to the bonnet edges and both front wheel arches, but the sides and panels are nice and straight. I’m not sure what selling platform to use so consequently just putting it out here for feedback etc… it’s a regretfull sale as I’ve had a lot of fun in it and it offers an enormous bang for buck ratio. I will be sad to see it go as I believe one day it will be a very rare car indeed. No goods pics atm as it’s rained for the last few days here. The last pic features my other cars ( porsche 911 sold, Volvo 145 still for sale.

thats a lot of car and a great one at that
mines an 02 reg facelift in orient blue and black inside as well
yours is great value and none of the HG issues with the smaller engine too

Cheers buddy… yours sounds very nice, I’m genuinely sad to see it for sale…. We’re leaving London and our new house has no garage/parking outside. I’m going to have to give it away I guess… needs to go before the 25gh of this month ideally

Is storage an option short term or sale or return with a garage ?

Tbh… I’m already renting two inside storage units and an outside shipping container for home goods and stock at £1000 a month whilst waiting for probate to be granted on the new property… we also have two vans and a small hatchback

Thanks Simon, but like I said at the moment we have five vehicles between us, which is fine where we are currently ( garages, private parking in mews etc) but where we’re moving to only has residents parking for one maybe two cars ( these need to work van VW Transporter and partners car…. The others need to go. First world problems I know, I’m writing the description for eBay atm, hopefully not too many messers/odd part exchanges/boy racers

FYI - there were actually 10 B3 3.3 Tourings sold in the UK. The Register doesn't list rc's car #145 but it is on the Archive. Yours is the last of the 3 pre-LCI cars, the other 7 are LCI based.

Of the 10 cars, 7 hold a valid MOT currently (although one expires tomorrow) and the other 3 have had an MOT within the last 2yrs.
