I am thinking of maybe selling the above (48k miles and FSH). Would be grateful to hear any thoughts re value.
Thanks
Paul

Hi Paul - I'm aware of four pre-LCI F10 B5's that have been for sale in the last 12mths or so. Average mileage was 79k and average dealer asking price was £25.5k.
The one which was your closest benchmark was #021 which was last advertised by Uber GT on 45k for £27k. That car had a lot of recent work, to address some gaps from earlier in it's life, with a well-known specialist and appeared to be very well presented.

I'd probably start around the £27/28k mark for retail and work back from their depending whether you are planning to px or sell privately.

Re: f10 B5 (2011) #50
Thanks Bob - v helpful - I've since realised that there is a typo in my description below, ie the car was registered in 2011 (June) and not 2011. I've no idea if she is pre- LCI or not and to what extent that would impact sale value or not. She is in great condition and doesn't have any gaps in her history (and all BMW main dealer servises). I will put her up on this site in a month or so with picture sand full spec etc.
Thanks again.
Paul
Thanks again.

Hi Paul,
Your B5 sounds great. For the F10, LCI would be a 2013 car on a 63 plate or later. Yours will be pre-LCI.
Cheers,
Matt
