Do you have interior pics/specs?

If it has leather, climate control, ProNav and/or an upgraded sound system then I'd say ~£7kish was fair. If it's half leather, manual ac, no nav and has the 'business' sound system, I think you'll struggle.
As far as I know, there were only two E91 D3's that someone chose to pay the Bespoke Order Charge on: #178 & #190.
  • #178 was ordered with factory leather but not sure what other options if any it has).
  • #190 was the full monty with Pan roof, climate comfort screen, Poplar wood, Heated & Lumbar seats, Pro-Media, Logic7, Cruise, Front & Rear PDC, Rain Sensing Wipers/Autolights, Xenons, Comfort Access, Tow bar & Universal Remote. It was also retrimmed by Sytner with full cream leather including ALPINA seat badges and Rhombs. It was advertised not to long back, but I'm not sure if Jamie sold it or not.
All the others came with the standard half leather trim, auto-climate and rear PDC (the very early 56-plates don't all have PDC though)

Ahh, so the reason that they all seem to be 'that' spec was because it was that spec that was offered for the price, and to get any options was a bespoke order, I get you now.

I could've sworn I'd seen a handful with manual A/C though, or would they have been a BiTurbos?

I will get you some pics of the interior if you want to look. But its half leather seats, full climate control with the business sound system. I think i would happily take 7k for her tbh but not much less really as its very tidy, has to be seen in person to be appreciated. I got extended gold warranty when i brought the car also which has got just under 2 years left for someones piece of mind.
The warranty would be a bonus for any interested parties, however, it's not for me, but I do wish you the best of luck with the sale, seems to be one of the nicer ones available!

I'm 99.9% sure all 431 UK E9x D3 MT's had Auto-AC.

The earlier BT's, however, did come with Manual-AC. The cut-over isn't very clear for the E90's: the latest E90 D3 BT I've seen with manual-AC is #202, but the earliest car with auto-AC (and High Gloss Black trim) is #120 and the first LUX #200.
It seems a bit clearer for the E91, the latest with manual-AC is #163 and the earliest with auto-AC is #186 (which is also the first LUX).

It’s difficult because i no what the car is worth
If you do then why not advertise it for that? But its all down to the buyer at the end of the day, however by what I can understand is that many just see the D3 as a pimped 320d, it just doesn't look anything special, looks quite plain and boring in comparison to others in the range so they suffer accordingly.

Bit harsh - I think they look great. Surely the low key recipe of an SE with Alpina spoiler and wheels is similar to any other Alpina?

probably was a little harsh, but I suppose it could be said of the whole of the e9 platform anyhow not just the D3, but I find that its the interiors of the D3's that are just so dull, no appeal what so ever so I'm sure this just adds to the apparent low prices of some. My opinion only though have to say.
