I just changed the Bosch w/m with a Whrilpool as it has served my family for about 10 years! Occassionally thge Bosch did damaged some colthing so that is why the change. So far the Whrilpool does its job quite good and I got it at half price(less than £300) from Comet about 2 months ago and I hope it can survive the torture for the next decade!

According to Which? magazine, Bosch has a 90% reliability rating and is part of the BSH group, along with Neff & Siemens.

Which? also say not to bother with Calgon as it costs more to buy it long term than it does to get the machine descaled!
