Good spot, the old girl is having a great week. Though the editorial states i’ve had it 7 months when in fact i’ve had it over 2 years now.

Great news Phil - the B6S was looking fantastic at Silverstone Classic recently - a lot of detailed attention and care clearly spent :-)

Really pleased you are enjoying ownership - even if they got the duration wrong! 8)

Thanks Sandeep, still enjoying it. I had a nice day at Weston Super Mare on Sunday for BM’s on the lawn. Put some faces to forum names/cars as well.

Interesting read, I must have missed how you came to acquire the car. Stunning condition.

Ditto to both of you :D

The beige 2002, followed by the hellrot E30 M3, then I think a E46 M3. I don't mind the 1st 2 being the winners, but they were show cars, not every day drivers  More concourse than s&s to my eyes.

I was going to go to that, but ended up restoring a WW2 ammo chest that i bought from an antique fair... Long story...

Did you see my neighbors red M3 500 convertible?

IIRC there was a red E93 M3 on the local members' hard standing area. All Alpina's were in the long grass  including an E93 B3SBiturbo #224, which I'd take over the M3 if I were looking at droptops. Sadly, his turbos are rattly :shh but his half red Lavalina seats were nice 8)
