Dark Blue Alpina B6 (E63) cab spotted in Chiswick 30.03.23

Lovely looking car spotted coming from the M4/A4 near Chiswick Porsche towards Acton.
Number plate was something like W100 *RB?

It was a cab if that might help. Anyone on here? It was very shiny and appeared to be well looked after.
