Thought I’d seen a recent post about Lepsons but the last update here is from last year. I’ve used them in the past and was very happy so planning to send one of my wheels off but would like some more recent feedback,

Cheers

How common is it to get tiny bubbles on the surface of the centre caps with refurbers in general? Is it something one should reject by default or is it fairly common to get them even at a good refurber? I asked Alpina about the wheel colour on E39 B10 V8s with either 18 or 19" classic wheels and they told me that it was sport silver code LU7A, which is slightly greyer and less bright silver than sparkle silver (of which there are many different types), but similar to flat/matt silver which is slightly less coarse a finish than sport, according to the paint supplier I spoke to. I think all 3 could probably pass for the OEM colour without a detailed comparison.
