Actually I was struggling with being on the receiving end of cheap shots about my lovely car going over the edge of the cliff and couldn't find any other way of getting back at you

And I was struggling with the fact I didn't take your competition more seriously now that I know what the prize was !

I know it's not that far flung but we have just returned from Loch Lomond in Scotland, with a picture of me & Katie & Cameron in front of the Loch with Ben Lomond behind my head!

Gorgeous kids, gorgeous scenery, pity about the ugly bloke with the dodgy T-shirt in the middle of it all. :D

Is it just me or does anyone else think that the roundel on the T-shirt is just too big? Alpina's are all about subtlety...

Aren't you wearing one on the first page of this thread

The micro refers to micro-fibre, it's got nothing to do with being for petite sizes only 8)

Actually a micro fleece is a lot thinner. Its still warm, but very thin - I prefer them and tend to wear them in place of jumpers.

Whereas the normal fleece I wear in place of jackets - if you catch my drift !

Hi Chas

Trouble is you start to lose some of the clarity when you go any smaller. I noticed on some of the official stuff that is slightly smaller it is not as clear.

It is possible, I spoke to my supplier today, but it would mean another up front cost to digitise "pin" it - so if people want it smaller I can do it if enough people ask - what sort of diameter are you thinking ?

For the record - The ones on our clothing are current are 2 1/4 inch. On my official ALPINA T-Shirt I bought earlier this year at Buchloe the roundel is 2 inches (but heatpressed - and sadly starting to fade ever so slightly (probabably as I've worn it so much)). So were talking 1/4 inch - which isn't very much.

Cheers

Thanks for the explanation Neil. I was just expressing my humble opinion so don't take it as a criticism

One of my other hobbies is small bore rifle shooting and everytime I see the picture above I think I'm looking at a target (sorry Kevin, nothing personal)

But since you asked, I'd go for 1.3/4" max !

I am currently creating the next order to the suppliers so if anyone is interested in some clothing please let me know this week.

You can PM or Email - I need to know the garment type, size and colour.

For reference you can currently order : T Shirts, Sport T-Shirts (breathable fabric) , Polo Shirts, Micro Fleeces and Fleeces - please refer to the first page of this thread for more details.

Thanks
