Thanks guys.

MCB, like you I am not fan of Black cars but I didn't have much choice with these two.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I haven't done much with the Hartge recently as I have been busy but the C2 #515 has now gone in for bare metal restoration.

I took the B3 touring for inspection 2 service with a good independent BMW specilaist. The car also needed brake pipes replacing, Crank ventilation valve, pipes, propshaft coupling, pulley tensioner and belts! A set of Michelin PS3 tyres have also been purchased to go on soon

Christmas is usually an expensive affair with the in-laws in France but I fear this may continue in to next year!

New set PS3 on the car now. I wonder if this is how the ladies feel when they get new shoes!

A little update. Carried out an update on the steering components so new steering coupling, purple tag (msport?) steering rack and rod ends!

Wow, that has made big difference to the handling! It now drives how I always wanted it to!

Very interesting that bit, well, all of this has, but I'd love to refresh the steering on mine. I'd imagine it's the one thing that dates the car most.
