About the most precious thing in my life these days is time. I am always in a situation where I could do with more of it. And it got me thinking, if someone could sell you time - would you buy it and if so how much would you be willing to pay - for say an extra day - time was paritally effected so that you just got an extra 24 hours. Would people get addicted to it, would you get fed up of having too much time....
[edit]Ok just re-reading that and I liked to point out I haven't been drinking or taking illegal substances. Nor have I stumbled on a way of creating time and as such I'm not doing market research before I launch it![/edit]
Thursday 9th November 2006 - If you could buy time, would u?
Interesting thoughts Neil... I suppose the ultimate cost is to give up working. You would have all the time in the world, at the cost of your annual earnings!
But then I'd have no house, and no Alpina
I made the decision to work 4 days a week in order to have more time at home with my family, so I guess I am willing to pay 1/5th of my weekly wage for an extra day...
But your question is more how much would you pay for a 366th day in the year- my answer would be nothing (unless of course I had a terminal illness or something awful like that) as I suspect, a bit like the M25, if you had extra space, it would soon fill up.
