Hi all

Well it was COLD today but we had no rain - although it was wet in the morning. Curiously the new part of the track seem to flood - and they had to pump some water off.

Not a great day for us ALPINA nuts - Car 10 failed to race - and car 9 crashed out after 49mins.

I've create a new thread to discuss things after like the results and photos etc.

Click here for the thread collating results and photos etc.

Gutted, I saw the green one yesterday with a light missing and a crumpled front wing :( I met up with a friend who is a Nissan nut who was all smug - until both Nissans broke towards the end of the race! :D

Looks like I chose the better day to attend even though your weather was much better than what we had down here in Essex.

Here are a few of what I took yesterday.

some nice shots there Kevin of the 2 race cars...

Sounds like you all had a good weekend. (meanwhile I was on a narrow boat on the Oxford Canal) thankfully the rain stayed away during the day and infact Saturday for us was glorious.

Was a great couple of days even with the cold weather. And a friendly bunch of Alpina owners!
Shame that the B6's kept running into trouble, the green one was properly mangled up after its crash :? . Anyone got any more info on what happened to it?

Some gorgeous cars from everyone there too.

When we arrived at the Welcome Centre early yesterday morning I admired your B10 V8S.
Abour 20 minutes later when we came to leave and drive to the paddock area Katie [my 8 year old daughter] walked straight up to your car and waited to get in - similar colour ALPINA just smaller engine! :)
