The anniversary of the M car at Munich Legends near Haywards Heath last night brought out a few Alpinas too! Brian and I were there with his B5 cabrio and my D4 whilst we also spotted these three lovelies. The D3, #197, touring was for sale.
Some amazing M cars there too...

Re: Munich Legends meet
B3S actually Several CSLs were also there with the correct wheels,ie Alpina
Not seen 197 for sale before, late 2016, bonnet gap looked rather large
E31 with Alpina wheels which looked genuine, although I did not count the spokes

F31 D3 BiTurbo #197
You'll remember #197 Brian, it's the one that was crashed quite heavily twice and sat a the salvage yard for a good few years. I think their dreaming at £30k, once someone realises the history and it's a CAT S.
The other blue F31 which had a heavy OSF impact (#167) is still on eBay and not finding a buyer at £26k

Re: Munich Legends meet
Must admit that I don't take much notice of chassis numbers .
I could see it wasn't right though
