Hi Guys, so i went to the hotel, after a long chat with the manager, as we don't have fixed dates, or number of rooms, it has to be done from the central office. So it sort of depends on how many, Saturday night or Sunday night or both and with or without dinner. Basically, if there was a fixed criteria, then they could do something.

OK update - The ALPINA dedicated display section has been confirmed.

The event is Sunday 7th August 22 at Donington Circuit

If you wish to join the display you must have an advance ticket ( details later to follow). payment on the day will not guarantee display parking.

Anyone who owns an ALPINA can join the display, you do not have to be a member of any club or group.

I can now give those who wish to attend the price of entry

22 pounds On the day and advance for NON BMW, ALPINA & mini owners

19 Pounds for Driver & One adult with BMW, ALPINA or Mini who are not BMWCCGB members

17 Pounds for Driver & One Adult with BMW, ALPINA or Mini are BMWCCGB Members

There is an entry fee for the concours event on the 6th August 22 this is to be announced.

There is a separate ALPINA ONLY allocated display area. When I have more details I will let you all know.

I have been informed this morning 29th March 22 that the aforementioned prices are only provisional and subject to potential change and confirmation.

However, this is all a bit academic as it is not possible to purchase them as yet.

The full prices and how to book are potentially via the BMWCCGB web site. I am sure they will announce it at the appropriate time.

However, to avoid any ambiguity the "On the day" fee will not permit any infield display parking and therefore if you wish to do so and park with ALPINA you need to book your ticket in advance, otherwise it will be public car parking or as directed by MSV .

The concours event on Sat is chargeable and this is paid direct via the BMWCCGB but the fee is yet to be announced.

Whilst the BMWCCGB cannot prevent anyone from leaving early the event is from 1000 hrs to 1630 hrs and anyone wishing to depart before will need a marshalled exit I am told. All display parking is on the infield area only.

Update 07 April 22

The tickets are now available to purchase via the MSV Web site, they are not available via the BMWCCGB website. This is for Sunday only.

If you are a BMWCCGB member log into their website and you can access the discount code.

Note when booking if you are displaying your car the display pass is the drivers ticket. I booked this morning and found it to be slightly confusing and complex. Also if you chose home print ticket and pass it is not available until 2 week prior to the event.

To book the ticket via their site I had to register and provide a photo of my vehicle, you have been advised. All booking procedures and rules are nothing to do with the BMWCCGB, they are just using the MSV site.

The MSV website number only connected me to their General Sales and they could not offer any discounts.

Currently the allocated number of display places for ALPINA only is 47 remaining. if you are attending and are willing and have booked your ticket it would be appreciated if you would email me norman947@btinternet.com. I am unable to obtain any exhibitor information from BMWCCGB or MSV due to data protection. It would be great to know how many and who is coming. I do not share or use your information for any other purposes than the event and do not sell your information to anyone.

In the event we find we have 47 booked, I am happy to approach the BMWCCGB Chairman to see if we can extend, but no last minute requests please as they will be rejected by MSV no doubt.

If you are entering the Concours on the Saturday this is being run by the BMWCCGB so I suggest you either contact them or wait for any announcement regarding that from them.

Accommadtion booked ages ago, and raring to go.
Tried to book my ticket on the MSV website, which I have used before and have a couple of cars registered with them.
I can not download the photo of my latest Alpina, so can not get a ticket
Have used exactly the same format as before, hope I can sort it out, do not do technical stuff

Brian, it is very onerous. Took me three attempts and a telephone call, was passed to a chap at Brands hatch eventually. I have sent a message to the Chairman of the BMWCCGB asking if there is any advice or help.

Brian, I have been informed the download can only be a PNG or JPEG file of less than 30MB. Other formats will not download. I have also been advised that if you still have issue to call the BMWCCGB office and that they should be able to assist.
