So am I right in saying that this is not even set as a date with Matt, surely setting the date first, as people will know if they are free?

Too early to set a date, just trying to gauge interest and asking for ideas for venues to drive to from the Sytner site.
Will arrange a date with Matt in the very near future :D

Greetings .....Just wondering where in the south you will be coming from? I will be heading up from the surrey area, if you are interested in a small convoy. Not many of us down here methinks...Depending on date of course....
