Welcome from Adrian FLux

Post by DAN@ADRIAN FLUX » Mon Oct 20, 2008 11:10 am

Hi everyone.
Just a short introduction. I’m Daniel. I’ve worked for Adrian Flux Insurance for nearly 18 years now.
If any of you guys on here have any general insurance queries or specific problems with Adrian Flux insurance please let me know. I can assure you I will be completely impartial despite being on the pay roll of Adrian Flux. If we have messed up I will acknowledge that and make efforts to get it corrected, if any of you do not understand an insurers viewpoint I will do my best to clearly explain it.
It could be problems ranging from simple paperwork issues to major claim disputes. With my years of experience I should be able to answer most queries immediately, if there are issues or a problem that I can’t answer directly I would ensure that a relevant manager investigates these and I would then be able to relay an answer back.
I hope this will be of some helps for you.
Thanks very much.

Daniel.

Dan, does this 15% discount still apply? As luck would have it my best quote (so far) is from Adrian Flux.. ~£850.

I'll try to remember to call tomorrow to firm things up, if not, feel free to call me. My name is Richard Thorrington - you should be able to look me up on your system.

My quotes have ranged from £411 to £1200.
07 D3, 9000 miles a year, 31 year old with 11 years NCD. Social & Domestic only. Wife has only held a licence for 3 years and had a claim so that probably pushes it up a bit.

I'm currently with Adrian Flux, their renewal price was £636, but they did say they would guarantee to beat anyone elses renewal price, so I'll have to get in touch next week and see what they can do.

Bytey,
I gave them the oppurtunity, they wanted a copy of the quote from L & V, much easier just to ring L & V and start cover.
Try them.

Hi Dan, I'm working from home today and tried calling 3 times.. couldn't get through!

Still no one has called back, so I called HIC who quoted me £808 all in with £350 Excess. I seem to recall this is cheaper than Flux could do, so I hope your man is going to call soon with a very tempting offer! ;)

Evening

I have looked into this for you, and someone tried to call you yesterday at 5.30pm. If you have tried today and were unable to get through, i have been advised there have been problems with the telephone lines.

What is the best telephone number and time for the team to call you back and i can ask that they try you again.

Regards

Dan
