Alpina wheel centres - B10 V8S

Looking through boxes in my garage, I dug out a set of wheel centres from my V8S. A spare set left over from a wheel destroying pothole incident. Looking to find them a new home.
What Alpina wheels are the 19" rims fitted to the V8S? Are they the C01 style, or was that later?
What are they worth? Condition is ok. They look great from a distance, but up close they have the start of some bubbling under the paint

Are they just the Alpina round logo or the actual centre including the lock?
