Hello Paul
You take the words right out of my mouth!
Incidentally came across your write up on your new B5 the other day and although I'm not particularly into modern cars, yours does really look the part and by the sound of it doesnt disapoint when behind the wheel either..?

Kind regards
Andrew
Cheers Andrew. It certainly doesn’t disappoint - every drive is an event. I know what you mean about modern cars - they don’t connect with you like older ones. I do wish it had a manual gearbox. I’ve never owned an auto before (in 25 years of driving) and I miss heel and toe downshifts! I’m also having to learn the routine of Park through neutral to drive and back again! All this modern technology :D

Thanks for the link and yes I see what you mean! Beautiful looking car though, which actually but I'd seen advertised some months ago but wasn't looking for an Alpina then, and certainly wasn't planning on spending £11k!

Motor hub is an infamous garage/multi storey carpark which has by far the worst reputation of any garage I know of. It has been mentioned it is really just a laundry for dodgy cash and they have been taken to court numerous times by trading standards.
Only for the very brave/foolhardy.
Allegedly ....

This one was seen at Hay on Wye this year (June 2018). no production number but a registration number of B10 MHT..... https://www.autogespot.co.uk/alpina-b10-32/2018/06/10

It was in need of a good clean and some centre caps for the wheels.

#063 is now up for auction on eBay. Doesn't look like it's been cleaned much since this sighting back in 2018

Looks like they’ve sourced one of the rare Japanese market, single DIN conversion plates.

That’s so bad, it almost looks like a photoshop.

It's amazing what some people can do with a spare bit of MDF.

Must have a thing for MDF used it on the ashtray and instrument surround. Quite novel to move the light switches (2)
