Wheel decal placement

Post by Moss_89 » Sat Apr 13, 2024 6:24 pm

Hi,

Bit of a stupid question, but after having my wheels refurbed, I've got new badges and decals to fit.

Does anybody know the correct orientation for them?

Mainly where the lock cap lines up with the Alpina, but I'm a bugger for details so if anyone one knows which way that and the under cap decals are fitted, I'd really appreciate it!!

Not sure if this is accurate or not, but taking a lead from other manufacturers, I would use the most noticeable point of reference as a guide, So I would have the tip/point on the bottom of the Alpina crest pointing towards the key lock on the centre cap, and if that's the same on all wheels then at least its uniform.

After looking at a parts catalogue, it seems that's what they already did.

That's a help thank you. Probably 98% wouldn't notice or be bothered... but I'd be well annoyed to find out I'd put it on wrong! 😂
