Always an exciting time - I'll hopefully swap mine over this weekend too. What wheels do you run as winters out of interest?
Used to run 17" BMW Style 45 wheels with Alpin rubber but upgraded to a second staggered set of 18" Classics with Pilot Sport Alpin tyres this year

What I did on my Alpina yesterday?

Tightened the battery connections. Car runs and starts great.

Despite following the instructions and applying/removing it very carefully I kept on finding ‘high spots’ in the coating that would show up in certain lighting

I’ve applied 2-3 cearamic coatings to several cars and just feel that the product is overly hyped.

The coating was easy to remove with a machine and a light cut polish.

Think it depends on the product, I have had 2 cars done and was very impressed with the results.

The 240 was 2 days paint correction then one day for the ceramic and one day for the hydrophobic coating. It was Gtechnic. I have just bought the wheel coating for the XD3 as not taking the weeks off every time I wash it!

I can’t take the credit it was a mate who run his own detailing business. He has now stopped, so I’m working on him to do the XD3.

First family day out in the new bus - Bolton Abbey in the Yorkshire Dales in bright sunshine and snow showers!

Cruises like a dream on the motorway and has highly impressive overtaking ability on the A roads. Plus the kids love the pan roof- win win :D

Small world, we were at Bolton Abbey on Thursday gone, parked in the same car park by the look of it, but sans ALPINA.
