Thanks Paul, I am really chuffed with it. First service is due within a few weeks but I did manage to negotiate the 5 year service pack from Sytners in Maidenhead when I bought it last year so hopefully there won't be any surprises when it's serviced!

Thanks Neil, I did wonder when I saw your post if it was my car or not. I am guessing you live locally then? Do you attend any of the Alpina gatherings as I would love to come along sometime.

I have not attended for several years, but keep meaning to do so again.

There is (or was, as it may have changed - KevinB10 could you confirm if you're reading this, thanks) a BMW meet every first Sunday in Essex.
