Off topic but does anyone know the history of D4 No.207 mentioned above? I ask as when I bought No.166 in July 2017, there was a car next to it in the showroom (Nottingham) which from memory matched it. I was taken by the leather trimmed dash but preferred No.166 as it had head-up-display, 20" wheels and no chrome round the windows. Just wondering if No.207 was there for another 6 months.

#207 must’ve sat around for sometime as it was built Aug-16 and not registered until Mar-18. Whereas yours was built Mar-16. Looking at these pics it looks like they were roomies for a while.

Thanks for your prompt reply, I ve seen the ones on autotrader and was just thinking that if there was anyone thinking of selling we could cut out the dealer and it’s a win win for everyone. In terms of budget I’m not restricted for the right car , mileage I probably do 7/8k a year so just don’t want something that would not be saleable in a couple of years time. I’ve seen the Black one at Vision with 102k and the car is stunning but I think the mileage is just a bit on the high side. I’m not in any rush as I have use of another car

I purchased my D4 (#51) July 2019 with 74k on it but do 15k plus a year. Out of interest did a We Buy Any Car on it a few days ago and online offer was £2.5k down on what I purchased it with a dealer and its now on 90k! I get the mileage thing but many people who look at my car are surprised at its age and miles when I tell them because it dos not look as though has done that many miles.
