2007 Alpina D3 single turbo Original software

I’ve purchased an Alpina D3 single turbo 2007 , it’s been remapped by someone previously but very badly , I need an original file for the ecu so I can tune it correctly can anyone advise me where I may get this , I’ve ID it and sent to alien tech and they can’t help me , thanks in advance
