F31 Winter Wheels and Tyres

As the nights continue to draw in, it got me thinking about winter time. I have seen a set of staggered 18” BMW style 640 wheels with winter tyres advertised locally. They were previously fitted to a F80 M3. They have 255/40s all round. My query is that on the front I currently have the standard 245/30 x 20. Will these fit without any rubbing etc?

I think the 640M alloys should fit without issue. Standard F3* 18's have been known to fit, so I don't think you'll have a problem.
