E46 Alpina B3s Cluster Repair

Hi all,

My cluster instrument panel has failed. It has been sent to ECU Testing for repair and whilst they are able to power this up, they are unable to communicate with it and therefore repair it.

Does anyone have any suggestions on repair?

Hi Tony

Give Baris a shout at carphonics. I've used him numerous times and he's great. He's specialises in BMW entertainment systems and sat nav. He also does cluster repairs as well. Quality quick turnaround. Look up carphonics online.

I just flicked onto an old wheeler dealer where they fixed an Audi TT lcd screen not sure if that company worth a call

Hi all,

Thanks for the replies. I did try a couple of those companies mentioned but never heard back.

I'm therefore thinking I need a replacement so if anyone has one laying around on a shelf I would be very interested.

I'll put it out on the parts needed page.

My only other thought is to get a doner standard bmw and swap the necessary alpina displays. I'm sure that can be done?

I'd have another try at getting hold of Baris especially as you're not that far from him in Enfield, would have thought he could help and he usually answers calls.

Concur with Barry, I'm surprised Baris isn't answering. I'd keep trying.
