FMW tuning good post sales service
FMW tuning good post sales service
Like many before and no doubt after me, over 2 years ago i bought the full kit from Frank at FMW Tuning in germany and then got the other sundry items from Ed at Cotswold BMW
one of the rear shocks started to weep so i sent it back to Frank in around November and without quibble, 2 new units were sent back to me within a few weeks.
Just thought it might be useful to share for anyone thinking about ordering from them

Re: FMW tuning good post sales service
Always good to hear about positive Aftersales experiences. It’s all to easy to get lost amongst the bad reviews.
Glad you’re all sorted though.

Re: FMW tuning good post sales service
You might want to check the situation with taxes too if you’re buying from FMW. Early in the post-Brexit process they were still charging local VAT and then it was also being applied on arrival in the UK (a double whammy)hap wrote: ↑Wed Jan 19, 2022 8:25 pmDo you happen to have a direct email pls? I'm not certain as I've not bought anything recently, but this was Rob's experience: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=25060
