B10 Alpina

Post by rushscored4 » Wed Mar 17, 2004 3:15 pm

Further to my recent posts on the BMW forum about B10 Alpinas versus M5s the B10 I was looking at is still for sale (I've decided to buy a Merc AMG C32 estate instead!)

It's a 2000 'V' plater (No. 055) in Silverstone blue with black nappa leather, 51,445 miles, one owner, FSH and is in excellent condition. It's for sale at District Garage in Helsby, near Chester, at £17,995 (reduced recently from £19,995) - see the web site www.districtgarage.com or 'phone 01928 722294 for details. The dealer is called Nick and he seems a really nice bloke (it's not me by the way! )

Cheers - Iain

There is an Alpina B8 Touring for sale in Autocar this week (don't have the details in front of me)

For those who don't know the classifications, this is a 3 series Touring with an Alpina V8 engine - very quick, very rare and very desirable.

I'm sure Neil will find the details from his pile of magazines in his downstairs loo (Thanks mate)
Charles
Teacher of Chemistry and driver of ALPINAs - not necessarily in that order ;)
B3S Touring (49/116) - been to the moon and now on the way back!
Renault Grand Espace - not mine but the wife's!

It looks more like a copy to me. No red needles on the dials, no Alpina front spoiler, the stickers are not genuine and there's no build plaque.

Can anyone give me a rough idea of how much a '03 reg B10V8S saloon with every imaginable goodie would go for on the open market? It has 19K on the clock and FSH. estoril blue with black leather interior. Manu

For sale in 2008 (March) - B3s Cabriolet (See profile pic)

Post by JEP700 » Sat Apr 21, 2007 3:40 am

Reluctantly I will be selling my B3s next March. This is due to placing my order with Sytner yesterday afternoon for the new B3s Bi-Turbo Coupe Cabriolet which whould be delivered about that time.

I want to make sure that this old one goes to a decent home, so theres no place like here to put it up for grabs.

I know it is a long way off, but it's best for forward plan :)

Spec:
Colour: Blue
Interior: Light Grey Leather
Sat Nav and TV
Bluetooth Telephone Kit installed
Current Milage 34,000 (estimate 10k miles per year)
Serviced by Sytner (Then by me - putting in the correct Castrol Edge Oil from Opie replacing that nasty BMW stuff!)
Production number: 125 (Nov 2003)

I will get an estimation of price nearer the time from Sytner. I will then look at the market, set a price accordinly then put it in the for sale section on the register. At least you know it's comming...

Cheers,
Jason

regarding this B3 3.0 Convertible #123 - a few things were wrong with this car in July 1995 when i went to see it at a local garage (64k at £10995) - terrible scuttle shake, sticking electric hood, car veered from left to right when accelerating, plastic plugs missing from boot, 10 previous owners, drivers seat squab and side bolster leather was in very poor condition, rear badges missing, no manuals, books or service records (car was repossessed by Black Horse Finance), i phoned all the sytner branches at the time but they didn't have any service history records relating to this car.
