Retrofitting Driving Assistance

Post by The Hybrid » Sat May 21, 2022 1:02 pm

I’ve just watched this video and was wondering if anyone as retrofitted the Driving Assistance package? If you watch this video, apparently the wiring loom should already be there.

I’m also looking at retro fitting the Gentleman function on the seats which requires the panel with the button and coding.

I take it nobody has ever done any of this??

Not heard of anyone doing this, but given the low volumes or B5/D5 it’s not that surprising. Have you asked about in F1x forums as that might be a bigger pool of potential users.

Also, what’s the Gentleman’s function? 🧐😆

I might have to check out some other forums then Bob.

As for the Gentleman’s function, it allows the driver to adjust the passengers seat for them using the drivers seat controls.
