Re: Alpina interior in modern cars
One of the reasons I moved my old B10 V8s on was actually because the interior wasn’t very ‘Alpina’d’. I like these extra touches too and help lift the interior to a more special place to enjoy.

Re: Alpina interior in modern cars
I think the extra rhombs etc you are talking about were phased out when the F models came. My B6s is a 2008 car and has the full traditional Alpina rhombs on the seats, steering wheel and armrests but are black rather than blue/green but this is just because the original purchaser specced this colou...

This is the info you need for the certificate of delivery. Not cheap but nice to have. I would make sure this available for US first though.

Sparkle silver on wheels is a powder coating not a paint.

Only white one in the archive is #025 by the look of it. Maybe this one?? 7A15A044-A363-4CED-B11B-837E276439F4.png Interestingly, the way Kees curates the Archive, that car you've linked should be a Buchloe built car with two VINs rather than a Sytner build which should then feature under the "Dist...

Re: '55 plate E60 B5
Hmm. Still rueing the day I let Steve Bone's B5S slip through my fingers. Any news of it? Funnily enough I was speaking to the owner of Steve's old B5S today, his premises are just round the corner from me. I enquired after the car and in his words "it is all fixed now" as I believe quite a lot of ...

Re: Best independent servicing
Personally I would prefer invoices stating parts fitted and other works carried out than stamps in a book that can be easily faked.
Stamps in a book don’t tell you what works have been carried out so hold little value to me.
