If I had the disposable I'd buy it and drive it. Watched a chap struggling to park his Lambo on the high street today. I don't like that sort of attention and that b5 would not be disgraced In that company. It would have a much more discerning audience!
Made me want to go for a drive now!

Didn't mean to be rude, I have driven past the old place a few times, but nowhere could I find any feedback, good or bad. Hence the trip to Nottingham, looking forward to some first hand experiences of the new place.

I can't say I'm not interested, but this post strikes me as a bit Spammy? I have received very good service from Nottingham and despite living near Middlesbrough have so far driven to Nottingham avoiding all else. I look forward to some first hand reports on service and expertise that Sheffield may ...

Nice! Always fancied one but A) wrists not up to it, and B) A chap of my current stature (fat git) would look a tad silly. :D

Commiserations, £125 a pop is very steep. I thought bright work on vintage Japanese bikes was a rip off (£150 for a fuel cap) but that sucks.

What I mean by resistance is that it almost fights back if you scroll too fast...the one that doesn't I don't believe can be the same type maybe an earlier one....

Im glad that yours does it too...I feel happier about it now! They both work but very differently.

The B5, Also an 06 has a menu button and a voice control button, but thats the only physical difference. Apart from resisting input when scrolling t...

I feel your pain, I also passed on the dealers you mentioned to fettle the B5, and bit the bullet and drove to Nottingham (My son lives in Sheffield too!) I live ten minutes South of Middlesbrough!

Talking of insurance, My 06 B5 is still not widely considered "classic" yet. Footman James covered it last year but were unwilling to give it any agreed value, that was still the case on renewal this month. They also wanted (in my view) a hefty £450 for 5000 miles.
