Hi Paulb, Thats very interesting as i know about MSD and live about a 10min walk from them :D. My RS200mk2 Escort will be on there rollers when its finished. Might give them a call about my D3 BiTurbo but to be honest my D3 BiTurbo is more than nimble enough. I know what you mean and people always s...

Hi, I know that this may be a long shot but is there a list for the 2ltr D3 BiTurbo? I cant seem to locate anything. I will be servicing her today and will keep all the receipts and log everything. I know i have the service manual in the boot but that is only a basic tick box thing and isn't as comp...

I have had oponeo recommended to me, not sure if you will find the 235 40 18 on there though. They seem very good on price for Falken's and I have had those fitted for a few years on various vehicles. Nice grip levels in the dry and wet and a very nice looking sidewall etc. The only down side i have...

Just to add to the above you can buy ECP oil cheaper on Ebay as ECP have an ebay shop. I just do the click and collect through Ebay on a 2 x 4ltr 10W60 Castrol Edge oil for £69.99 link You need more than 4Ltrs anyway. i can't remember the capacity of the top of my head but think it is around 5 1/2 ...

I must say that I traveled quite a distance to see Simon and get him to fit the stripes supplied by himself. Even now when i look at the car it just looks right and I am very happy with Simons skill and hard work in fitting them. Well worth the drive and worth every penny too :dance If you haven't s...

Well when I went to look at this D3 it was clear that the stripes were not looking great as they were fitted incorrectly (they were fitted by sytners apparently). ...

Its funny the stories you hear! Who ever told you this is talking absolute rubbish I was just thinking the exact same thing reading through the post until i got to yours. Most parts on the Alpina's are totally standard. The Alpina bits are usually limited to the front splitter, side skirts and rear ...

A little input if I may Neil, Thankfully mine is more about the main site than the forum. At present it, and please don't take this personally, the site looks extremely dated. It looks like a mish mash of information that isn't structured and doesn't flow. The graphics are also way out of touch with...

Hi, What a nice dilemma you find yourself in :D For me it is an easy choice and I will explain why. I have no experience of the M4 or B4 so I realise things have progressed a little since my E46 B3. Having test driven many an E46 M3 and then purchasing a B3 instead gave me a huge insight into the Al...

Hi All and many thanks for the quick replies etc. Also have a price for the new ones from on here. So the question is now should i change them or not? Oh I bought the D3 last night  A couple of questions if i may. I was told the road tax was around £140-£180. When we came to tax the car t...
