Yep, that's the whole idea…great for the track.

Very sad Charles. I know the feeling well as I constantly lose Army mates…many I've known for 50+ years.

I DID have a smart comment when I first read your lines, though….Have you figured out, yet, what caused all those kids?

I fitted the Strong Strut system to my Roadster S, Strut brace and firewall braces. I bought mine from CA Automotive, which was around £500. To be honest I did not notice any difference, and was not worth the expense. Also it was a very tight fit, and you would have to remove the brace to get at t...

Is there anything else electrical, weird going on? Have the proper battery test done (not with a amp-metre)…but cell by cell to ensure it has full power, sometimes one cell can fail. Just a thought.

STUNNING Neil! Thanks.

L-O-V-E colour combo of the B6. Pure. But I wonder about changing wheels of the Edition 50. Can just see the local mechs with a rattler gun chewing paint off.

How to clean an engine of ANY condition

While I'm on my soapbox…Engine cleaning  For more years than I care to remember I've used (and often struggled) with degreasers and high pressure water, and then some gunk in a bottle to make it shiny. I've just found out (on Youtube) that all you need is OVEN CLEANER, a couple brushes and C...

I use C5 but to be honest you really need to get into the habit of cleaning them weekly. The shape of the wheels lends itself well to having brake dust sit in the deep dish which builds up very quickly ABSOLUTELY! Ya know…there's as many cleaning stories as there wheels, it seems. For almost 20 y...

This is a newie I think. But what a crap site , has store opening times but NO ADDRESS??? Somewhere in France the phone code reveals. Absolutely NO description of the model other than "1/18" scale. For £35 there's NO WAY it will be die cast, needs a '0' on the end! You need to ask questions. I've b...

Re: Looking for an OBD lock - any ideas where to get one?

I got pulled over by the friendly Metropolitan Police the other day who wanted to inform me that my car is at a high risk of being stolen (nice of them). They handed me a flyer warning of the dangers of theft of cars with keyless entry etc. Clearly this has been an issue with BMWs (and Land Rovers)...
