Fitted a controversial set of summer wheels, Hartge on an Alpina, what do you think ?
Also temporarily tinted back windows as going camping in the Channel Islands, better than a motorhome in my opinion, double futon in the back.

Re: B10 - intermittent 4 loud bleeps
You could also reset the computer on the car, similar to this video, disconnect negative terminal first. Then get some jump leads & attach positive & negative terminals together for an hour or 2.

Re: B10 - intermittent 4 loud bleeps
It might be something to do with the alarm on the clock if it happens every hour.
Or maybe contact the guy in this thread & ask him.

So just booked my alloys in for a refurb.
They collect & re deliver for £24
I guess it might depend on where you live?
Also if your a member of BMW car club you get 10% discount.

Re: ULEZ - older ALPINAs
I have seen a B10 V8 E39 1998 on ebay stating ULEZ exempt.
You can e-mail alpina as said before to get Nox value before you pay for certificate.
It's 0.08g/km ULEZ limit for petrol, not sure about diesels. might be the same.

Hi Moss_89
Where are those headlights from, they don't look original.
Wouldn't you of been better off keeping the original ones & putting new lenses on.
Cheers

Re: Alpina B5 2005 - reluctant sale, suggested replacement
Hi Nick Your car is Euro 4 so should be ok. If you e-mail Alpina with your VIN no. (classic@alpina.de) they should confirm the Nox value before you pay the 70 Euros for the certificate. You need NOx emissions less than 0.08g/km to be ULEZ exempt. Also look at: https://thealpinaregister.com/forums/vi...

Re: Looking to purchase Alpina e46 B3
Maybe text the coupe guy & ask for his e-mail if you have lots of questions. This is the hardtop, best of both worlds although i prefer the coupe. I think this one appeared in a magazine. Re: Looking to purchase Alpina e46 B3
Hi it doesn't matter how far away it is to get a AA physical check done, cost £191 & then negotiate from there. if you agree a price after you know if there any work that need's to be done you could get someone to drop you off to pick the car up or get a train? Nothing against cabs just think there'...
