Congratulations on the purchase. It sounds like you may have got a real bargain there. As the guys above said, they really listed out all the issues which no doubt put people off from bidding, but it may be a lot of them are simple fixes. Good luck with the project - look forward to seeing some phot...

Yeah either there or the one at Junction 10. The entrance to Cherwell Valley can get pretty busy though so Warwick may be better.

Is there anywhere else? It was a bit tight on there last time..... Maybe the motorway services? Guess it depends how many others might be joining.
